Angela Lee is an Assistant Professor at the University of Alberta, Faculty of Law. She holds a JD from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia, and a PhD in Law from the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law. Her research interests and areas of expertise include food law and policy, environmental law and policy, and law and technology. Her work has been published in peer-reviewed journals including the UBC Law Review, the Ottawa Law Review, the Dalhousie Law Journal, the Windsor Review of Legal and Social Issues, and the Canadian Journal of Women and the Law. She is a co-editor of and contributor to the book Food Law and Policy in Canada (Toronto: Carswell, 2019).
