Janice Nadler

Janice Nadler is Research Professor at the American Bar Foundation, and Nathaniel L. Nathanson Professor of Law at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law. Her scholarly interests lie at the intersection of law and psychology, and her research focuses on social norms, compliance with the law, perceptions of injustice, negotiation, and dispute resolution. Her current project examines empirical data to help inform and develop an account of the role of law in advancing the status of animals in society.
