Animal Partisan
Will Lowrey is the founder and Legal Counsel for Animal Partisan, a national nonprofit animal protection organization. He has engaged in numerous lawsuits, as well as criminal and administrative enforcement actions against the government and private parties on matters spanning federal slaughter laws, public records, false advertising, nuisance, and animal cruelty. He has taught Animal Law at law schools around the country and currently teaches the course as an adjunct professor at the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Will lives in rural Virginia where he and his partner care for rescued goats, sheep, chickens, dogs, and cats.
